JPMorganChase is one of the world's oldest and largest financial institutions, and they are seeking a Senior Experience Designer to join their Global Finance Technology team. This role will focus on creating impactful user experiences in the Finance Technology space, collaborating with senior UX leads to enhance user journeys and drive customer-centric innovation.
Contribute to the design and development of user experiences for features and redesigns, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
Apply interaction design principles to create seamless and engaging user flows across web, mobile, and branch platforms.
Participate in iterative design processes, incorporating user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Support the implementation of inclusive design practices, considering diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Gather information on market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes using our design system.
Collaborate with UX Researchers for journey maps, personas, and usability testing.
Partner with product and development teams to launch solutions that balance business, user, and technical priorities.
Distinguish between feature requests and design improvements from user goals and objectives.
Present your designs with expertise and rationale while advocating for end users.
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in experience design or a related UX discipline within the digital product space.
Experience in visual design and interaction principles, focusing on creating aesthetically appealing and functional digital experiences.
Proficiency in storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping to effectively communicate and refine design concepts.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines, inclusive design practices, and assistive technologies.
Exposure to industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite).
Preferred
Experience with Figma is a plus.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or React is a plus.
Experience with data visualization is a plus.
