Responsibilities

Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal
Own our Evergreen Guarantee™, the 100% customer satisfaction promise at the heart of our customer experience
Actively circulate and engage customers as a proactive measure against loss prevention
Maintain an efficient and clean front-end, completing daily opening, closing, and side work checklists
Complete tasks and responsibilities, consistently referring to your weekly schedule, daily zone schedule, and side work checklists

Experience working in retail a plus, but not required
A reliable people person with a passion for plants
A communicative team player willing to jump in and assist with a variety of tasks as needed
