Sage is an innovative company focused on transforming the fintech industry, and they are seeking a Graduate UX Designer to join their Sage Network product and experience team. This role involves assisting in the development of learning content and enhancing user experiences, while being part of a dynamic team that operates with a startup culture.
Assist with the testing and the development of content to help our valued customers and partners learn how to effectively use Sage Intacct core financials.
Use communication skills and on-the-job training to assist with the development of learning content.
Provide succinct learning at the time of need to help customers and partners realize the most value from Sage Intacct.
Qualification
Required
You’ll need to be a recent graduate, ideally in a related subject.
You’re known for being an effective communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions and rationales, with a ‘show early and often’ mentality.
You deeply value working with others to achieve a common goal.
You believe in being kind and having fun at work.
You can provide examples of how you’ve collaborated with researchers, built user flows, early wireframing concepts, and prototyping. (in your studies or work experience) We’d love to see examples of this on your resume!
Preferred
Experience in a product design role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
