WebFX is a full-service digital marketing agency providing internet marketing, SEO, web design, and development services to medium to large sized businesses. They are looking for a Jr. Website Planning Specialist to interact with clients, manage project schedules, and ensure high client satisfaction while delivering quality website builds.
Interact with clients as a direct point of contact, asking key questions to understand their needs, educating them through clear communication, and making suggestions on industry best-practices
Work to maintain our world-class client retention rate by delivering a high level of client satisfaction
Develop and outline projects specifications for website builds (utilizing UX best practices)
Organize, manage, and communicate project schedules to internal team members
Perform quality testing for website builds and launches, evaluating performance, functionality, UX, etc
Complete deliverables in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining project timelines and keeping projects within scope
Use organization, communication, and troubleshooting skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's Degree
GPA above 3.4
Preferred
Part-time/summer job/internship experience
Customer service experience in any industry
Advertising/marketing agency experience
Experience in computer science/HTML/CSS or UX (User Experience)
Project management experience
Excel/Google Docs skills
Presentation skills
