The company is seeking a Junior Product Designer to create and optimize designs for landing pages, offer pages, comparison journeys, and experimentation programs, while collaborating with CRO, creative, and development teams.

Responsibilities

Design test variants for landing pages, forms, offer pages and comparison journeys, from CRO hypothesis to developer-ready file
Work with CRO, creative and development teams to get experiments live quickly and read what the results tell us
Build and maintain reusable components in our Figma design system so new tests and brands launch faster
Support the newly acquired rewards brands as they join the experimentation programme
Help with qualitative research, from usability sessions to reviewing recordings, to shape better hypotheses

Qualification

Required

• A portfolio that shows how you design to get people to take action, from placements, freelance, a course or a first role
• Confident in Figma, including components and auto layout
• Curious about conversion: you want to know why one version wins and how to test it
• Able to take a brief and feedback and move quickly to a clean, considered design
• You thrive when working as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent written and verbal English skills
• Last but not least, you'll have no ego!
