Responsibilities

Proficient in wireframing, prototyping, and basic user research methods
Execute design tasks, contribute to user testing, iterate on feedback
Work under the guidance of senior designers and interact with stakeholders
Design new experiences and make improvements to existing experiences
Plan and define strategy for the direction of future iterations
Quickly iterate on multiple design solutions and work through details
Develop high-level, detailed mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Ensure designs are user-friendly, aesthetically engaging, and produce measurable results
Collaborate with engineers and product managers throughout all stages of the production cycle
Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications

Qualification

Required

Strong knowledge of usability principles, techniques, and testing
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
2+ years of experience as a user experience designer, or similar role
A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions
