Radius is a company specializing in telematics solutions, and they are seeking a creative and ambitious Junior UX / UI Designer to join their product team. The role involves supporting user research and designing innovative telematics products used by businesses worldwide.

Responsibilities

Supporting user research, customer interviews, workshops and usability testing
Creating user flows, wireframes and information architecture
Designing interfaces for web and mobile applications; building prototypes in Figma
Contributing to design systems
Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers
Using customer feedback and data to improve experiences
Supporting design reviews and developer handovers

Qualification

Required

Demonstrate design capabilities through a portfolio of UX and UI work
Experience using Figma (or similar design tools) for wireframing, visual design and prototyping
Solid understanding of UX and UI design principles
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
Awareness of accessibility and usability best practices
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
