They are seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join their Experience Design group, which focuses on enhancing customer experience and digital transformation through world-class design practices. The role involves participating in the entire design process, from user research to product launch, while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

Breakdown, enhance and analyze requirements to create simplified user experiences
Craft user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Perform concept and usability testing to gather feedback and incorporate them in further product iterations
Ability to design in an agile, iterative manner with light documentation when required
Communicate your thoughts and decisions effectively to Product and Delivery Teams
Demonstrate effective teamwork and working relationships with others
Work with Delivery Team to make sure that technical aspects can be achieved, while ensuring that the user experience remains the top priority
Collaborate with the other designers in Citco to share ideas, and promote design practice for the organization

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree/certificate in HCI, Design, or similar discipline, or the equivalent education and experience
1+ years of professional design experience for consumer or enterprise web applications
Exceptional design skills with strong working knowledge in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Balsamiq or similar tools
Experience or familiarity with design thinking and standard User Centered Design (UCD) methodologies
Passionate about amazing product design and an appreciation for elegant user experiences
Experience with responsive design for enterprise web applications
Prior relevant experience as a UX Designer or equivalent is required
Results-oriented, forward thinking strong team player
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage multiple activities with multiple teams in an agile environment
Strong portfolio showcasing examples of design work that exemplifies thinking and the paths to solving problems along with exceptional visual design

Preferred

Experience or familiarity working with a design system is desirable
Experience working in financial services industry is desirable
