Responsibilities

  • Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand pain points and needs
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
  • Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems and maintain visual consistency
  • Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal reviews
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across designs
  • Support handoff to development with clearly annotated files and specifications
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and clean, user-centered UI work
  • Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc)
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc
  • Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Comfortable working with both wireframes and high-fidelity visuals
  • Curiosity, humility, and a drive to learn and iterate fast
  • Solid communication skills (Explaining design decisions and accepting feedback)
  • Proficient level in both French and English

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • Previous experience with user testing tools (Maze, Useberry, etc)
  • Interest in motion design or microinteractions
