Responsibilities

Utilizes CAD software to develop conceptual drawings of new or modified products
Manages assigned product projects from concept to implementation, keeping meeting notes, and other related documentation of the development process
Coordinates with internal and external customers in the development of products
Provides support for Product Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sourcing

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree in drafting, similar degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of manufacturing experience, required
AutoCAD or similar software experience
Project Management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple jobs simultaneously and to organize and review large volumes of data
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
