The Product Designer will work within a team to create exceptional digital product experiences, focusing on usability and customer satisfaction while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive product strategy and execution.
Produce top-notch work that injects usability and delight into the user experience and continue to push the boundaries of modern UX. - (30%)
Create exemplary prototypes and experiences, both alone and with other designers and key stakeholders, while balancing user needs, constraints of technology, brand values, and KPIs. - (25%)
Collaborate closely with our user researcher in discovering user pain points and problems, and solve them using all available UX methodologies and tools. - (20%)
Apply critical thinking to problem solve through design, testing assumptions and those on the team in order to push beyond the status quo. - (15%)
Actively collaborate with engineers, QA specialists, product managers, content strategists, and UX research on product strategy and execution. - (10%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Centered Design, Product Design or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
2+ years experience as a product designer with a documented body of work that demonstrates your end-to-end process and how research, data and a design thinking approach was used to solve problems and uncover opportunities.
1+ years experience using design-related tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Invision, etc.
Preferred
Experience as part of a high-performing remote/distributed team environment.
Working knowledge in Agile principles and methodology.
Experience with accessibility standards.
Experience working on both B2B and B2C products, and experience in Fin-Tech or Financial Services.
