Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 iconic restaurant brands. They are seeking a Product Designer I to focus on designing e-commerce experiences that are simple, usable, and desirable for users, working closely with the User Experience Research & Design team and other stakeholders.
Design System Engineering: Bridge the Figma multi-brand design system and the Engineering design system for consumption by humans and AI tools to facilitate prototype and code generated screen designs
Experimentation Mindset: Identify opportunities to test hypotheses and support testing with different design options to collect user feedback
Generating Early Design Concepts: Sketch, wireframe, and prototype product experiments. Collaborate with engineers to investigate concept feasibility
Continuous Iteration and Refinement: Advocate for and initiate product iteration to improve shipped work. Evaluate new insights and iterate rapidly
Team Involvement and Participation: Collaborative work with the rest of the UX team – critiques, design jams, group learning, contributing to the design system

Required
4 yr degree
Degree programs may include: Design, Computer Science, Software Design, Digital Media, Social Science, Engineering or other
1+ years of UX design experience + multi-brand design system engineering experience
1+ years of experience in UX design and Product design, must include multi-brand design system engineering experience and may also include product thinking, e-commerce design, interaction design, information architecture, design research
1+ years of experience in UX design and Product design, must include multi-brand design system engineering experience and may also include product thinking, e-commerce design, interaction design, information architecture, mobile-first web and app responsive design, design research. This is not a graphic design / visual design role
