Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, senior designers, and developers to translate user needs into creative, user-friendly design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes under the guidance of senior team members.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and style guide to ensure consistency across the platform.
Apply UX best practices and design principles to improve user experiences based on research insights and user feedback.
Assist in conducting usability tests, A/B tests, and refining designs to ensure they meet the highest usability standards.
Take ownership of specific platform areas (applets), developing expertise and ensuring cohesive, user-friendly designs.
Help refine internal design patterns and collaborate with other teams to ensure a consistent, polished final product.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in UX/UI design or a related field with 1-3 years of professional experience (preferably in web based software).
A portfolio that showcases your design process, from research to final designs, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for learning.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web applications.
