BRP is a world leader in recreational vehicles and boats, focused on innovation and customer experience. The Product Designer will shape vehicle experiences through impactful product, UX, and interaction design, leading design research and facilitating collaboration across teams.
Take initiative early in projects by leading qualitative design research activities
Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with our design team and our international studios in France and Florida
Help the team synthesize insights and map opportunity spaces during the early phases of advanced projects
Use strong empathic and analytical abilities to navigate complexity and ambiguity throughout the design process
Develop and lead the UX vision across multiple advanced projects
Champion interaction and user‑experience execution through to concept‑level prototypes
Explore and demonstrate multimodal interactions—both physical and digital
Build low‑ and high‑fidelity experience prototypes that bring concepts to life and communicate design intent
Qualification
Required
A degree in industrial design, product design, interaction design, HCI, or a related field
Strong interest in physical products, digital interfaces, and the convergence of both
Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketching, storyboarding, UX flows, and 2D/3D tools
Familiarity with design research methods, opportunity mapping, and user‑centered design practices
Comfort with prototyping—from rough interactive demos to polished experience models
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across global studios
High creative energy and a passion for imagining future experiences
