Responsibilities

Identify future product opportunities by analyzing past performance and assessing strategic market trends
Partner with Business Development and Account Management to design consumer product configurations that align with margin targets, profitability goals, and customer value objectives
Collaborate with Business Development and Product Fulfillment teams to ensure product strategies reflect the needs of the business, partners and consumers throughout implementation
Optimize product models by leveraging data analysis, including economic performance and customer response metrics
Contribute to the establishment of long-term strategic goals and objectives for ONE
Monitor and analyze key factors impacting profitability, growth, profitability, and overall organizational risk
Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for results
Build and maintain effective working relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams with ONE’s leadership team
Support and contribute to special projects and initiatives as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Product Design, Product Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2-5 years of experience in product design or product management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced analytical and modeling skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities

Preferred

Knowledge of the travel, loyalty or membership or startup industry (strongly preferred)
