Praxent is hiring for product design roles within its US-based Design Department. The roles involve designing user experiences, developing UX/UI solutions, conducting user research, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, and leading design engagements at varying levels of seniority.

Responsibilities

  • Designs user experiences for well-defined projects with guidance. Participates in sprints, creates wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes, and collaborates with the team to follow best practices
  • Owns design deliverables for complex projects with minimal oversight. Develops UI/UX solutions, conducts user research, iterates based on feedback, and mentors junior designers
  • Delivers “case-study worthy” experiences. Elicits and communicates business value, anticipates risks, improves team processes, and coaches other designers
  • Leads design engagements end-to-end. Facilitates workshops, resolves complex design challenges, ensures quality deliverables, and drives innovation across projects
  • Oversees multiple design engagements. Ensures consistent quality, guides teams, identifies training opportunities, and supports portfolio-level design delivery

  • Our roles are categorized as a Remote positions. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.   • Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.)
  • International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, functional, and visually compelling designs. Able to identify user pain points, propose innovative solutions, and iterate based on feedback
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Able to present design rationale clearly and persuasively
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, iterations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred
  • Experience participating in or facilitating Agile rituals is a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff to engineering teams is a plus
