Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a related field
At least two years of previous work experience in a creative role
A portfolio displaying your design work
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite
Comprehensive design skills and an understanding of design principles
The ability to visually analyze form and simplify into appealing concepts
Ability to effectively manage time across multiple projects and multiple teams
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Preferred

A general desire for creative influences, whether musical, visual, or otherwise
Experience working with complex systems involving a mixture of both hardware and software
Experience using and contributing to a design system
Familiarity with educational, scientific, technical, or engineering products
Familiarity with and curiosity about modern AI trends
Some experience conducting user research to help validate assumptions and designs
