Responsibilities

Assist in the development of user personas and user journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback throughout the design process
Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
Support the development team in implementing design specifications and ensure design consistency across products

Qualification

Required

A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions
A portfolio showcasing your design process and projects, demonstrating your understanding of UX/UI principles
