Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for a web application.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Axure, Sketch, or Figma.
Collaborate with development and research teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Conduct user testing, and utilize feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall user experience.
Collaborate to align design goals with research project objectives.
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience).
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Preferred

Education or experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Experience with user testing
Proficiency in design tools such as Axure, Sketch, or Figma
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
