Savills North America helps organizations find the solutions that ensure employee success. The Senior Associate, Digital Experience will support the deployment and integration of Knowledge Cubed, focusing on platform adoption and data utilization to enhance real estate decision-making.
Support Knowledge Cubed deployments by coordinating onboarding, managing platform adoption, and providing training and support to client teams.
Ensure that Knowledge Cubed and related Digital Experience solutions are effectively integrated into client real estate strategies. Work with internal specialists to align platform capabilities with lease administration, space planning, and financial data sources.
Liaise between clients, brokers, lease administrators, GIS, and internal Knowledge Cubed teams to ensure platform features and reporting tools meet client needs. Work with data integration and visualization experts to support data accuracy and usability.
Help clients understand and use their real estate data effectively by ensuring reports, dashboards, and analytics tools within Knowledge Cubed are tailored to their portfolio and decision-making needs.
Gather client feedback and provide insights to Savills’ product and technical teams, helping shape future platform enhancements and innovations.
Support client teams in maximizing the value of Knowledge Cubed, providing best practices, training materials, and ongoing guidance for effective platform use.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience in real estate transactions, lease administration, or portfolio strategy.
Familiarity with real estate technology platforms, including lease administration, workplace planning, and HR/finance data systems, with the ability to ensure effective integration into Knowledge Cubed.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into practical applications for client teams.
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including brokerage, finance, lease administration, and technology teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise between clients and internal technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
