The Service Design Senior Analyst will support qualitative research, synthesize insights, create service design artefacts, facilitate co-design workshops, and collaborate with client and project teams to improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the conduct of qualitative research activities — interviews, observation, and note-taking
Contribute to the synthesis of research findings into themes, insights, and opportunity areas
Assist in the creation of service design artefacts including personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
Support the design and facilitation of co-design workshops under the guidance of senior designers
Develop your visual communication skills, producing clear and considered artefacts
Support the delivery of a service design workstream with quality and care
Collaborate actively with product, content, and technology team members
Manage your own tasks and time effectively within project timelines
Engage with client teams in a professional and collaborative manner
Develop confidence presenting research and design thinking to stakeholders
Build an understanding of client context, user needs, and organisational dynamics

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of relevant experience in service design, UX research, or a related field
Exposure to qualitative research methods and user interviews
Awareness of service design artefacts including journey maps and personas
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Social Science, or a related field
Bring genuine curiosity about people, organisations, and the systems that connect them
Approach new methods and challenges with openness and a willingness to learn
Demonstrate care and quality in your work, however small the task
Early-stage service design portfolio demonstrating research participation and artefact quality
Awareness of qualitative research methods and service design thinking
Ability to produce clear journey maps, personas, and supporting research materials
Eagerness to develop facilitation skills and confidence presenting to stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, team-first mindset
