Responsibilities

Design and support the development of intuitive user interactions, prompts, and workflow experiences that help people learn and perform more effectively
Collaborate with designers, product teams, and business partners to translate user needs into clear and engaging digital experiences
Assist with research, testing, and iterative improvements by gathering feedback and analyzing user interaction data
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reusable interaction patterns and design components that support consistency across solutions
Help refine interaction timing, workflow guidance, and personalization features to improve usability and adoption

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in user experience design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, digital design, psychology, educational technology, or a related field
Foundational understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design concepts gained through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experience
Experience using design, prototyping, or collaboration tools to create digital experiences and workflows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment
Interest in emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, and designing experiences that improve learning and performance
