They are looking for a dynamic team member for their Strategic Innovation Group to harness strategic innovation, enhance business processes, and partner with stakeholders to develop impactful solutions.
Create clear, structured, and visually stunning PowerPoint documents
Conduct quantitative analysis and/or consolidate data through Excel
Build low-code applications with automated workflows through Microsoft Power Platform
Conduct competitive research with the aid of generative AI tools
Help more senior members of the team write compelling and interesting memos to executives
Support facilitation of group learning sessions with internal stakeholders
Help the team to document and organize information, from consistent note taking to folder structuring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
0-2 years of experience working within financial services, insurance and/or consulting firms
Established experience creating PowerPoint presentations
Preferred
Comfortable partnering with senior level management
Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with emphasis on time management
Experience working in an NWOW-like culture (Agile work management, Design Thinking problem solving, OKR goal setting, Adaptive Leadership, Process reengineering)
Demonstrates clearly with oral and written communications skills
Adequate grasp of Equitable business acumen (e.g., how Equitable makes money, different Equitable business lines)
Knowledge of statistics, hypothesis-driven problem-solving, finance industry and economics
Self-motivated and dedicated to continuous self-improvement, including receiving practical feedback
Open-minded, willing to flex across new areas and 'roll up their sleeves'. Able to explore new domains and grasp complex concepts in new subject areas
