Responsibilities

Design end to end user interfaces for digital products, including screens, layouts, components, and interaction states
Create visual and interactive elements that guide users clearly through workflows and tasks
Apply design systems, patterns, and standards to ensure consistency across products and platforms
Translate requirements and user insights into wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, engineers, and product partners to align interface design with user needs and technical constraints
Review implemented designs to ensure visual and interaction fidelity to approved designs
Iterate designs based on usability findings, feedback, and evolving product requirements

Qualification

Required

•Experience designing user interfaces for web or digital applications
•Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, color, and interaction design
•Ability to design at the skeleton and surface levels of the experience
•Proficiency with industry standard design and prototyping tools
•Experience applying and contributing to design systems and component libraries
•Ability to translate requirements into clear, production ready interface designs
•Experience collaborating with cross functional teams in a product or delivery environment

Preferred

•Experience designing for accessibility and inclusive design standards
•Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating findings into interface design
•Experience working closely with front end engineers during implementation
•Exposure to enterprise or complex digital products
