Fidelity Investments is seeking inquisitive, forward-thinking team members who are passionate about instructional design. The UI Learning Designer will assist in producing digital solutions that deliver on business outcomes while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance learning experiences.
Advocating for user-centered design and outcome-based thinking
Designing, developing, and delivering learning experiences that improve performance
Striving to push the boundaries of learning capabilities through experimentation and exploration of new ideas
Collaborating with Business Leaders and Talent Product Owners on plans and strategy for large-scale initiatives and complex projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and Front-End Web Development
Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma
Experience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Eagerness to innovate and think differently
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction
In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory
Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints
