Svitla is a global digital solutions company with over 20 years of industry experience. They are seeking a UI/UX DESIGNER to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for tax filing software, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that user requirements are met.
Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on design solutions based on feedback and user testing.
Communicate design ideas, rationale, and solutions effectively to stakeholders, using visual aids, prototypes, and presentations to facilitate understanding and decision-making
Collaborate with development, product management, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and business objectives, and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interface designs.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in design tools (ex. Figma)
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong expertise in UI and visual design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges
