Accenture Flex, a project-based workforce offering from Accenture, is seeking a User Experience Designer. The role analyzes user needs and behavior, identifies usability issues, conducts user research, and designs solutions to improve usability and satisfaction. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review mobile apps and games for the US market, and provide evidence-based UI/UX recommendations.
Independently conduct detailed user analysis to identify opportunities for improving user interaction and satisfaction
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate user feedback into design iterations and project deliverables
Recognize recurring usability challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance overall user experience
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for user experience design within the team
Support the team by sharing insights and findings that help shape project direction and improve outcomes
Review mobile apps and games for US market and be able to provide UI/UX recommendations based on quantitative evidence material design and latest best practices
Expected to perform with less supervision once training is completed
Required active participation contribution in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems
Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure design alignment
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months work experience preferably with User Interface (IU) and UX Design
Possess good communication skills both writing and speaking
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience with Android Application Development
Understanding of user centered design principles
Experience in conducting usability testing and user research
