Convert them into modern, high-fidelity, responsive UI designs
Manage other UI designers

Qualification

Required

Strong design leadership skills
Hands-on individual contributor experience
Ability to build and scale a Design System
Experience managing other UI designers
Ability to build low-fidelity wireframes
Ability to convert low-fidelity wireframes into modern, high-fidelity, responsive UI designs
Expertise in responsive, high-fidelity UI design
Ability to deliver high-fidelity mockups

Preferred

Experience in payments and finance
Worked deeply on multiple applications for 2–3+ years
Strong ownership of UI/UX
