They are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to support the design and development of user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance usability and member engagement.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the design lifecycle
Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
Support the delivery of responsive, cross-platform user experiences optimized for web and mobile
Analyze user data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights
Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with the MX team and stakeholders
Help maintain and contribute to design systems, component libraries, and documentation
Apply brand standards, accessibility best practices and ensure compliance with established guidelines (e.g., WCAG)
Assist in designing solutions that adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements without compromising usability or user experience
Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and completing required training
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital product environment
A bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields that combine design, tech, and user behavior, or equivalent certificate programs and experience is required
