Frost is a leading bank in Texas dedicated to providing exceptional banking services. As a User Experience Designer II, you will design and implement user-centric software application interfaces to enhance consumer experience across Frost applications.
Conduct and utilize usability studies, customer interviews, focus groups, and competitive benchmarking to positively impact software design decisions
Create high-level user flows, wireframes, site maps, and prototypes to ensure that design concepts being implemented are user-friendly across organizational platforms
Resolve complex technical and business issues related to the implementation of new web projects to maximize workflow efficiency

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interaction Design, Information Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
2+ years of Interaction Design work experience
Experience with Figma, Sketch, Invision, or other prototyping software
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
Ability to create simple user experiences within a complex environment
An online/PDF portfolio
Preferred
Experience with Apple and Android products

Experience with HTML and CSS
