The Home Depot is hiring a User Experience Designer - Online to help create end-to-end digital experiences that address customer needs and support retail strategies. The role designs and tests product experiences, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and advocates for users through actionable insights and iterative usability improvements.
100% - UX Delivery and Execution - Participates in data collection and synthesis. Provides UX design artifacts & tests usability of their assigned product. Collaborates and pairs with other product team members to design solutions. Understands business goals at a feature level. Communicates ideas and designs to end user and product team members
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
Preferred
1 year of UX experience in an Enterprise or retail environment or a degree in related field
1 year of experience working with agile software development teams
Desire to thrive in a fast-moving environment
