They are seeking a highly organized and motivated User Experience Project Analyst to manage digital initiatives and support the UX design team through the project lifecycle while ensuring timely project delivery and effective collaboration across teams.
Developing and managing full scale project plans to deliver projects on time and within scope
Assess UX design team bandwidth and partner with the Digital Product Owner to define priorities
Assist in defining project scope and deliverables for projects and enhancement work
Ensure that proper milestones in the digital design and governance processes are outlined and achieved
Engage and partner with other teams at the appropriate point in the project lifecycle
Supervise, track, and report out progress to all levels of the Ally Digital Solutions organization
Support process improvement methodology across a multi-functional team
Proactively identify and help mitigate risks that threaten project timelines
Provide recommendations on efficiencies that can be gained based on the current set of
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience as an account manager or project manager required
Ability to manage simultaneously occurring tasks in a fast paced business environment
Proven track record of delivering projects on time
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Excellent relationship management
Meticulous work habits and excellent organization
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology preferred
Experience in Jira preferred
Experience in digital or creative marketing agency preferred
