TikTok USDS Joint Venture operates the Lemon8 content platform within a consumer technology ecosystem. The User Feedback/Experience Specialist will manage user feedback, analyze user needs and pain points, coordinate research and beta testing activities, and improve user engagement and operational efficiency.
Monitor, handle and follow up on user feedback across multiple product channels. Collaborate closely with PM, RD teams to resolve user experience issues efficiently
Leverage user feedback data analysis, user research, competitor analysis and business inputs to identify user pain points and requirements. Diagnose problems and propose systematic solutions to improve core user experience
Drive user groups acquisition, operation and growth. Partner with cross‑functional teams to regularly execute user beta testing, campaign initiatives and agile research activities, so as to boost user engagement and brand recognition
Adopt productivity tools to optimize and iterate existing workflows and improve operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
1+ years of relevant working experience in internet user operation, product operation, experience operation or user research is preferred
Strong communication skills, user-centric mindset, service awareness and ability to work under pressure; excellent teamwork capability
Preferred
Data-driven thinking, solid logical reasoning, sharp insight and analytical skills, with good product sense
