Responsibilities

Planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights
Prepare research reports and presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design decisions
Manage research operations, including participant recruitment and logistics

Qualification

Required

Fresh graduates with a strong interest in User Research
Degree in Psychology, sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field
Has good communication skills, delicate empathy, and cultural sensitivity
Adapts to cross-cultural team collaboration and cross-cultural user communication
Basic knowledge of user research methods and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Passion for understanding user needs and improving product experiences
Possess basic Data Analysis skills, proficient in using one or more tools such as Excel, Python, SPSS, SQL, etc
