NCR Voyix is a leading global provider of digital commerce solutions for the retail, restaurant, and banking industries. They are seeking a UX Designer to help shape the future of retail through intuitive user experiences, collaborating with various stakeholders to design solutions that empower retail teams worldwide.
Own UX Design for key segments of our retail software, including point-of-sale and back-office platforms, from initial concepts to final visuals and handoff
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Carry out research, including usability testing and translate insights into informed designs
Present & defend designs to key stakeholders
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems, gather requirements, and ensure designs are executed properly
Maintain and contribute to design libraries to ensure a cohesive and consistent UI across platforms
Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interaction specs using Figma
Work with your Design Manager to balance user needs with business goals, technical constraints, and platform guidelines
Manage your design pipeline & milestones, including scoping and timelines with minimal oversight
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of UX/UI design experience for mobile and/or touch screen
