Revizto is seeking a creative and dedicated User Experience (UX) Designer to join their product team. This role involves applying a user-centred design approach throughout the entire product lifecycle, acting as the customer's advocate to improve satisfaction and engagement.
Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, surveys, observation, and usability testing, to identify user needs, pain points, goals, and behaviours
Analyse gathered data and research findings to synthesize key insights and inform design decisions
Create design deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes (ranging from simple sketches to high-fidelity interactive models), and high-quality UI mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Rapidly iterate on design solutions and work through details based on user feedback and technical feasibility
Conduct usability testing with real users to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to align on goals and ensure designs are feasible for implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, though practical experience and a strong portfolio are essential
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, 2+ years of relevant experience
A strong portfolio showcasing experience creating user-centred design solutions, emphasizing thought processes and logical reasoning rather than just aesthetics
Experience in designing complex digital products, ideally for web, desktop and mobile platforms
Expertise in design software and modern prototyping tools such as Figma
Proficiency in key design activities including wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design
Ability to use analytics or metrics to inform design decisions and measure feature performance
Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to articulate design ideas and rationale clearly to various stakeholders
High degree of empathy, demonstrating the ability to understand problems from the user's point of view
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team (e.g., in an Agile/Scrum environment)
Fluent in English, any other language a plus
Located and authorized to work in Germany, UK or France
