VodafoneThree is building a UK-wide network that connects people, places and potential while helping close the digital divide and drive meaningful progress. The UX Designer will support the design and improvement of VodafoneThree Business digital experiences by creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and journey documentation, as well as supporting research, testing, accessibility and customer-focused digital product design.
Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps and prototypes for digital customer journeys
Support discovery, research and testing activities under the guidance of UX Design Leads
Apply established UX patterns, design standards and accessibility guidance
Assist in documenting customer requirements and translating them into design artefacts
Collaborate with Product, Content and Design teams to support delivery of customer-focused experiences
Conduct competitor reviews, heuristic evaluations and basic UX analysis
Support usability testing and assist with translating findings into design recommendations
Maintain design assets and documentation within agreed tools and repositories
Contribute ideas for improving customer journeys and digital experiences
Continuously build UX knowledge, capability and understanding of digital best practice
Qualification
Required
Experience or formal training in UX design, interaction design or digital product design
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping and user-centred design principles
Familiarity with Figma or equivalent design tools
Awareness of accessibility and usability best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines
Desire to learn and develop within UX and digital design
