Aspen Dental is a leading retail healthcare business support organization in the U.S., dedicated to improving healthcare experiences. They are seeking a motivated UX Designer to enhance user experiences for enterprise SaaS applications and B2B digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and efficient solutions.
Partner closely with UX Research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of enterprise and B2B users.
Collaborate on user personas, user journeys, and experience maps tailored to professional and enterprise use cases.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that align with business goals and user requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights.
Stay up to date with UX best practices, tools, and industry trends specific to enterprise SaaS and B2B applications.
Assist in maintaining and evolving design systems and guidelines for consistency across enterprise products.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in UX design.
Proficiency in Figma or similar high-fidelity design software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for complex applications.
Familiarity with designing for enterprise users, including considerations for accessibility, scalability, and efficiency.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A portfolio showcasing UX design work, preferably including enterprise SaaS or B2B applications.
Preferred
Experience in enterprise SaaS or B2B application design.
Experience working with complex design systems.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
