Responsibilities

Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to improve user engagement and satisfaction
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate requirements into design solutions
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system
Stay up to date on UX trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio of user-centered designs
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Passion for user experience and a desire to learn and grow within the field
