Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web, Windows, and mobile products
  • Apply established UX patterns, design systems, and brand guidelines to design work
  • Assist in translating product requirements and feedback into clear, usable design solutions
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design team members during the development lifecycle
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, peers, and stakeholders
  • Participate in user research activities such as interviews, usability tests, and surveys
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving design system components and documentation
  • Support accessibility, usability, and consistency across products

Qualification

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or closely related roles in a technology/software company
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language
  • Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving skills (please include a link to your online portfolio in your resume)
  • Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
  • Strong desire to learn and improve through feedback and mentorship
  • User empathy and curiosity about customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback
  • Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field

Preferred

  • Exposure to user research methods or usability testing
  • Experience working on digital products in a team environment
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
  • Basic knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Interest in analytics or data-informed design
