Responsibilities

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies
Analyze user behavior and convert insights into actionable design decisions
Develop personas, customer journeys, and user flows
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Design intuitive navigation structures and information architecture
Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and UX best practices
Work closely with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders
Present design concepts and rationales through documentation and walkthroughs
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies when required
Conduct usability tests to validate design decisions
Analyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback
Ensure final designs meet user needs and business goals
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions
Apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency
Work with UI designers on final visual polish

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI
Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and design process
Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, etc
Understanding of design thinking, user research methods, IA, and prototyping
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction patterns
