Amazon is seeking exceptional talent to join their Global Operations UX team to create solutions that support employee career journeys and scheduling needs. The role involves delivering user experience designs, crafting user-centered designs informed by market analysis, and translating business requirements into visual concepts and prototypes.
Create prototypes that demonstrate intuitive interaction patterns and micro-interactions
Develop product visualisations to communicate design concepts
Craft user-centered designs informed by market analysis, customer feedback, and usability findings
Translate business requirements into visual concepts, interaction flows and prototypes
Develop compelling narratives that effectively communicate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
Qualification
Required
1+ years of design experience
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Human-Centered Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields
Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
Have an available online portfolio
Preferred
Experience working in a collaborative team environment to deliver high-quality design solutions
Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wire-frames
