Responsibilities

Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Support and participate in the user research activities
Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements
Ensure that designs are consistent with the best practices and contribute to the existing design system

Qualification

Required

A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving and user research
Skills for interpreting detailed software engineering concepts and being able to design within known limitations
Good understanding of user research methods, tools, and techniques
Great command of Figma, both low and higher fidelity interactive prototyping
Fluency in both written and spoken English

Preferred

Familiarity with the design guidelines for desktop software
Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field
Familiarity with infrastructure field or structural engineering specifically
Prior exposure to CAD (Computer Aided Design) and engineering analysis and design software
