Responsibilities

Work with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and define design requirements
Produce wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to support new features and service enhancements
Conduct usability testing and analyse user feedback to guide iterative improvements
Support the refinement of existing user journeys, interfaces, and interaction patterns
Keep informed about design best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging tools and techniques relevant to public‑sector digital services

Qualification

Required

Portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
