Responsibilities

  • This role is part of a growing team within a growing digital consultancy. It requires you to be both an exceptional research practitioner and to help shape the way our research operations grow with the business. You’ll work across multiple clients and projects, helping teams gather insights that inform product strategy. You will bring the teams along on the journey of your discoveries and formulate your findings for presentation to our clients.
  • In addition to the value you will bring to our clients during project work, you will also play a role in developing and codifying our internal research processes and driving customer understanding for Modus marketing efforts.

Qualification

Required

  • Demonstrated experience with research at every step of the product development cycle, informing both strategic and tactical decisions
  • Strong knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and how to combine them
  • Experience in conducting research in a fast-paced/agile environment
  • Prior experience with analytic tracking techniques to drive an iterative approach to continuous improvement
  • Experience wowing clients in an agency setting
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with a variety of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, along with the knowledge of when and why to apply them
  • Broad experience with both generative and evaluative methods
  • Able to show how your work has had a substantial impact
  • Experience with end-to-end research projects; from defining goals and objectives, recruiting, developing scripts or interview guides, conducting interviews, analyzing results, and sharing insights with stakeholders
  • Experience establishing and analyzing UX metrics
  • Ability to connect your research back to key strategic business objectives
  • Demonstrated storytelling skills that turn raw data into information that guides decision-making
