Responsibilities

Plan and execute user research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs and pain points
Present research findings to stakeholders with clear recommendations
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate insights into features
Maintain research repositories and user personas
Conduct competitive analysis and market research

Qualification

Required

2+ years in UX research or related field
Degree or advanced studies in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Research, or related field
High-level English proficiency required (C1/C2)
Must conduct meetings with native English speakers regularly
Experience with research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
Proficiency with research tools (UserTesting, Maze, Hotjar, etc.)
Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
