Responsibilities

Conduct competitive analyses and author competitive analysis reports that identify opportunities and risks
Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews to define research objectives and understand business needs
Plan, moderate, and analyze user testing sessions
Develop user screeners to recruit appropriate research participants
Write research reports that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional partners
Collaborate with designers, product teams, and business stakeholders to support research-informed decision making
Maintain accurate documentation of research activities and deliverables

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree
1 to 2 years of experience in UX/UI research
Demonstrated experience conducting competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, and user testing
Experience writing screeners and research reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units
