Cox Automotive is the world’s largest automotive services and technology provider, seeking a UX Researcher II. In this role, you'll support the design and development of user-friendly products by gathering insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.
Contact and schedule participants for research sessions.
Assist in planning and conducting studies, including surveys, interviews and usability testing.
Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative user data.
Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights.
Present research findings to design and product teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into design/development.
Document and tag activities, methodologies and findings in our research repository.
Learn research methods and techniques from your mentors and team leaders.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in using research tools and software.
Basic understanding of UX design principles.
Preferred
Previous experience in user research, including internships or academic research.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A strong desire to learn from and teach others.
