The UX/UI Designer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting application testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and project specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver innovative features and functionalities
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and security of applications
Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality, performance, and user experience
Document technical specifications, code, and project processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance development practices
Support deployment and integration activities, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in software development, with a strong portfolio of projects
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools
Familiarity with cloud services, APIs, and database management systems
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
