Responsibilities

Creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile software products
Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs
Translating those insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high/low-fidelity designs
Collaborating with development teams to ensure that final implementations align with user experience goals and accessibility standards
Participating in design reviews
Helping define UX standards for the organization

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in UX design
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Working understanding of accessibility and WCAG standards
Experience with user research techniques
Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React
Strong communication skills
Analytical thinking abilities
Problem-solving abilities
